Tracking Your Package
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from Your Account.
Packages are sent No Signature Required which means FedEx and UPS will leave them unattended outside your delivery address if they deem it is safe to do so. Otherwise, a signature may be required for delivery. We are not responsible for damaged shipments resulting from FedEx or UPS being unable to leave a package.
UPS and FedEx may deliver packages at any time between 7 A.M. and 10 P.M. Frozen items will thaw if not placed in the freezer on the day of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they can receive the package on the date of delivery. No refunds or credits will be issued for orders delivered on time.
Instances where your order's shipping may be delayed include; credit card payment issues, weather delay issues, incorrect shipping addresses, and out of stock items.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS to the 48 contiguous states as well as to Alaska and Hawaii.
Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order with dry ice to be delivered frozen or partially frozen.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery (1-6 Business Days)
Most orders will be delivered within 1-6 days after the order date. Deliveries are made Tuesday – Saturday. Saturday deliveries are only to residences, not businesses. If the order cannot be delivered by Saturday because of its required time-in-transit or because it is shipping to a business, it will ship out the following Monday. We do not deliver on Sunday’s. Delivery times may vary and may be late into the evening in some areas.
For example, an order placed on a Wednesday after 12:00 CST that requires 3 days in transit with Standard Delivery will ship the following Monday.

Rush Delivery (1-3 Business Days)
Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days after being ordered. Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday. Saturday deliveries are only to residences, not businesses.

We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your order to you within the promised time frame.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Standard Delivery to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $60.00 per kit.
Other Things to Consider
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO’s and FPO’s is NOT available.
Shipping to a Business
Orders shipping to a business can only be delivered Monday-Friday. If the order cannot be delivered by Friday because of its required time-in-transit, it will ship the following Monday.
Shipping to an Apartment, Urban Town House or Gated Community
FedEx and UPS will not leave packages unattended on the street outside of an Apartment building, urban town house or gated community. This means that someone will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for those packages. Please call us at 877-796-6891 to schedule a specific and convenient delivery date. We are not responsible for damage to shipments caused by FedEx and UPS being unable to deliver them on time.
Incorrect Addresses and Weather Delays
We are not responsible for orders damaged or delayed due to incorrect addresses or weather delays.
Gift Recipients
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure the gift recipient is available to receive the shipment on the delivery date. We are not responsible for damaged orders resulting from a recipient being unavailable.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the 50 United States.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds cannot be processed once an order is in the warehouse or already shipped.
Product Availability
In the rare event an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with items of equal nutritional value.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
To cancel a pending order, you must call. Please call 1-888-435-2448.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, if a subscription order has already shipped it cannot be refunded, returned or cancelled. The cancellation request will go into effect for the next scheduled shipment.
Cancelling a subscription does not cancel pending orders. Please refer to the order cancellation policy above.
